Our Programs and Services
Building Voices Independence Network
π Our Approach to Adult Autonomy
Welcome to our comprehensive service network. Led by an executive educational leader with 25 years of dedicated disability expertise, we deliver structured, data-driven pathways designed to bridge the gap between school district environments and self-determined adult lives.
Every service we provide incorporates functional literacy, builds critical daily living routines, and is guided by a deep commitment to the Dignity of Risk and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
πΊοΈ Pillar 1: Self-Determination & Transition Consulting
Our consulting branch is specifically designed for young adults (ages 18β22) and families navigating the complex exit from school district special education systems into adult regional center funding.
Self-Determination Program (SDP) & Independent Facilitation
Service Framework: No traditional vendor code required. Funded directly via SDP transition allocations.
Our Impact: We provide expert Person-Centered Planning (PCP) and Independent Facilitation to map out personalized, state-funded spending plans that put the consumer in total control of their future. We manage the RCEB enrollment process, coordinate with your chosen Financial Management Service (FMS), and provide ongoing budget auditing, spending plan tracking, and state-level compliance advocacy.
π§ Pillar 2: Community Living & Independence Coaching
Hands-on, community-integrated skill-building designed to maximize active independence, community mobility, and daily life autonomy.
Independent Living Services (ILS)
Our Impact: Functional, hands-on coaching and metrics-driven instruction covering home management, meal preparation, personal safety, community mobility, consumer financial literacy, and real-world budgeting.
π Pillar 3: Supported Living Services (SLS)
Continuous care management and stable residential staffing designed for individuals living independently within the community.
Supported Living Services (SLS)
Our Impact: Comprehensive 24/7 care management and meticulous, "Zero Overtime" staffing rosters for consumers residing in shared roommate cluster households or independent homes. We ensure complete safety, emergency backup coverage, and community integration while preserving the least-restrictive environment possible.
